1. BASELINE GUIDES, NOT FINAL PRICES

All prices, tiers, packages, hourly figures, and estimates published on LDNAIVA websites, apps, and project pages are standard starting guides. They exist to give you an honest sense of typical investment ranges — they are not final quotes and not binding offers.

2. AI-DELIVERED SERVICES

Work produced primarily by AI systems — AI-generated videos, AI voiceovers and narration, AI-written content and copy, AI chatbots and automation, AI-assisted design — is priced on a lower baseline than human-delivered work. AI delivery is faster and more scalable, so typical starting guides for AI-delivered services sit below their human-delivered equivalents. These are still starting guides only: the final price is set during and after your consultation based on volume, quality tier, revision rounds, and delivery timeline.

3. HUMAN-DELIVERED SERVICES

Work delivered by human specialists — software developers, designers, strategists, consultants, human video production and editing, account management — is priced on a higher baseline reflecting human expertise, experience, and time. Human-delivered services typically start above AI-delivered equivalents for comparable scope. Hybrid engagements (AI production refined by human specialists) are priced between the two baselines. As with everything else, the final price is set during and after your consultation.

4. CONSULTATION SETS THE FINAL PRICE

Every partnership begins with a mandatory 1-hour strategic consultation ($567.67). During the consultation we assess your unique needs, complexity, timeline, and custom scope. Final pricing is determined after the consultation and may be higher or lower than the published baseline, depending on what your project actually requires. No project work, staffing placement, or build begins until the consultation is completed and a written scope of work is agreed and signed.

5. WHAT CAN CHANGE PRICING

  • Scope & complexity: custom features, integrations, and technical difficulty.
  • Timeline: rush delivery or phased rollouts.
  • Team composition: skill level, location, and hours of assigned specialists.
  • Ongoing services: support tiers, management, and maintenance levels.

6. QUOTES & AGREEMENTS

After consultation you receive a written quote tied to a defined scope. That signed quote — not the website baseline — is the binding price. Any change to the agreed scope is priced separately in writing before work begins.

7. BILLING, REFUNDS & LATE PAYMENTS

Fees are due as invoiced. Recurring services bill monthly in advance; project work follows the milestone schedule in your agreement. The $567.67 consultation fee is non-refundable once delivered (reschedulable once with 24 hours' notice). Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; no prorated refunds for partial months.
